Davao First Transcription Center Corporation (DFTCC) is a wholly Filipino-owned corporate entity established by entrepreneurs of Davao City.

The company beams as a duly certified training institute in transcription – the first in Mindanao. The training facilities, highly advanced technical equipment, software and related medical references acquired by DFTCC are not only comparable with those of the leading transcription company in Metro Manila. It is also an Accredited Training Institution for Medical Transcription by TESDA.

Due to the company’s eagerness to provide excellence in the Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) services, necessary expansions and innovations were made. A Training Center for Call Center was established in June 2007 and was granted an accreditation by TESDA last November 29 of the same year.
